Anisha Samant has received her BA in psychology and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. She has completed her internship program from IPH, Thane. She is experienced in working with clients suffering from a broad range of mental health issues.
Anisha is particularly adept in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, relationships and family-related issues, and work-related issues. She is currently working with people belonging to the age group of 18 to 60 years. She is well-versed in different approaches to psychotherapy and particularly utilizes techniques from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and Gestalt therapy.

Counseling Psychologist
Rachel Dutt is a Counselling Psychologist with more than 2 years of experience with the Indian Air Force.
Through years of training and experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind and emotions. Her passion lies in assisting people in their journey toward self-discovery, emotional well-being, and improved mental health.
During therapeutic sessions, she provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Together, you and Rachel will work collaboratively to identify patterns, coping mechanisms, and underlying issues that might be hindering your personal and interpersonal growth. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, body image issues, addictive disorders, or any other psychological concerns, she is here to offer support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs. Rachel also holds expertise in queer affirmative therapy (LGBTQAI+).
Her approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and respect for everyone’s experiences and cultural background. She aims to empower you with the tools and insights necessary to overcome obstacles and foster positive change.
