Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

All payments will be made via Google Pay/Bank transfer. 

Payment for the first session has to be made at the time of booking an appointment. Payment for the subsequent sessions will have to be made 24 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. 

We are not liable to process the refund of any paid amount in the event of any perceived unsatisfactory services obtained from the Service Professional.

In the event of any cancellation of appointments/meetings by a Service Professional or rescheduling of meetings by a Service Professional to a time not suitable for You, then any amount paid for the booking of such appointment/meeting shall be refunded to You. 

The 12-hour reschedule/cancellation policy will be strictly followed. If you fail to reschedule or cancel 12 hours before your slot, no refund will be processed. 

You may be blocked, restricted, disabled, suspended or terminated to use any of the Services at any time without giving any notice in case You breach any of these T&C
