
Anisha is a counseling psychologist and psychotherapist trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She is also well-versed in CBT and has undergone training to utilize the approach for anxiety disorders, trauma care, and addiction management.
She is experienced in working with clients suffering from a broad range of mental health issues. She is particularly adept in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, relationships and family-related issues, IPV, domestic abuse and work-related issues. She is currently working with people belonging to the age group of 5 to 65 years
